Our story
We've been here since 2017.
Cornerstone Services Group is the evolution of Cornerstone Electrical, the licensed electrical contractor at the centre of the business. Since 2017, 650-plus projects across education, healthcare, commercial buildings and civil infrastructure have built the reputation. The group is what happened when clients kept asking us to stay involved beyond installation.
That demand shaped the model:

- Planned maintenance and rapid fault response
- Multi-site programmes and coordinated shutdowns
- Electrification, EV infrastructure, energy monitoring and power resilience next
It has grown without blurring licence responsibilities. Our team delivers electrical, data and communications, Facilities & Service and electrical compliance. Specialist partners deliver HVAC, fire protection and security under our project management, with one programme and one point of responsibility.

When the same team carries project records and as-built knowledge into ongoing service, faults can be investigated with better information and maintenance can be planned around the actual asset. Our model connects construction, compliance and service so clients are not starting again with a new contractor at every stage.

ACMA Open Cabling Registration
Open registration with Structured, Fibre Optic, Coaxial, Metallic Testing and Fibre Testing endorsements. Our team have completed a traineeship in telecommunications and hold a telecommunications supervisor qualification.

Specialist licences. One coordinated programme.
HVAC, fire and security work is delivered by appropriately licensed specialists. Cornerstone Services Group manages the programme, service interfaces and handover so each trade remains responsible for its licensed work while the client has one coordination point.

Partner licences: ARCtick (Australian Refrigeration Council) · QBCC
Refrigerant handling and HVAC installation are delivered by ARCtick-certified subcontractors, and mechanical works requiring a QBCC licence by QBCC-licensed subcontractors.

Partner licence: QBCC fire protection occupational licence
Fire detection, suppression, certification and AS 1851 servicing are delivered by QBCC-licensed fire protection contractors.
