We deliver electrical, data and communications, Facilities & Service and electrical compliance with our own team. When a project also needs HVAC, fire or security, we coordinate licensed specialists around the same scope, programme and handover.

Scope, programme and responsibilities are settled before anyone starts work, and stay visible through delivery and ongoing service.

  1. Understand

    Confirm the outcome, site conditions, risks and interfaces. Complete the survey and document the requirements before pricing.

  2. Plan

    Lock in the scope, programme and compliance pathway. Assign one lead and resolve trade responsibilities before work begins.

  3. Deliver

    Complete the work safely, communicate progress clearly and document testing, changes and handover requirements.

  4. Maintain

    Protect performance after handover through planned service, compliance testing, emergency lighting programmes and after-hours response.
