What areas do you service?

We are based in North Lakes and service Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast, Somerset and wider South East Queensland.

What services do you provide?

Electrical, data and communications, Facilities & Service and electrical compliance are delivered by our in-house team. HVAC, fire compliance and security are delivered by licensed specialist partners under our project management.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold QLD Electrical Contractor Licence 84571 and carry public liability and workers compensation insurance. Electrical work is delivered under that licence, and data and communications cabling is carried out under our ACMA Open Cabling Registration. Partner-delivered scopes are completed under the relevant specialist contractor's current licence.

Do you offer after-hours or emergency response?

Yes. For after-hours or emergency response across Brisbane and South East Queensland, call 0438 416 185. If we miss your call, leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can. You can also text that number, email service@csgau.au or send a service request, and we aim to respond within one business day.

Can you run multi-trade projects under one contract?

Yes. One project manager coordinates the services involved, with defined trade responsibilities, one programme and one point of contact from quote through to handover.

Are you big enough for my job?

Our packages run from rapid service calls to $1M+ construction works, with multi-crew capability for staged, fast-paced and live sites.

Have you worked in my sector?

Who will I actually deal with?

Your quote is prepared by Josh Millward (General Manager) or Matthew Carmody (Head of Electrical Services). One lead then runs your job from quote to handover, including any partner trades.

What if something goes wrong after handover?

Call the same team. We stay on for planned maintenance, and there's an after-hours line for emergencies.
